He appeared in New York, and looked around. As he was still naked, he shapeshifted himself some clothes and started looking around.
After a quick scan of the city, he realized that this world was not as advanced as his Earth, as it did not have the inventions of Stark, Richards, Pym etc, nor the scientific advancements of the Shiar or any other alien species. But besides that, it was technologically similar to his own world.
None of the superheroes that exist on his world exist here nor any of the genetic tree that he has kept an eye on for centuries besides Rasputin, who apparently had no descendants in this world.
There were no Eternals, Externals and all the Pantheons of Gods were merely legends. There was never a Celestial visitation in the past, nor were there Atlantis nor Lemuria. He flew to the south pole and found that there were no Savage Land. There wasn't even a Watcher on the moon.
He really was the most powerful person in existence here.
Within a week, he had already established his identity as Justin Omega and owned several prestigious looking buildings overlooking Central Park. He owned them all under his company, Omega Corporation which was his first step to world domination.
Next, he started hopping dimensions and bringing back brainwashed and completely loyal versions of Reed Richards (Mr Fantastic), Victor Von Doom (Dr Doom), Tony Stark (Iron Man), Henry Pym (Ant Man), Bruce Banner (Hulk), Herbert Wyndham (High Evolutionary), Peter Parker (Spider-Man) and Henry McCoy (Beast) all at the age of 20, gave them their knowledge and let them build their companies as subsidiaries of Omega Corporation.
They were assigned to develop their discoveries here with telepathic nudges into the direction of what to invent, and all patents were held by the Omega Corporation.
He also knew, after looking through what seemed like endless different dimensions that no matter how safe he felt in this dimension, there was always the threat of invasions from outer space or incursions from other dimensions.
So he assigned the scientists to create defenses and strategies to counter all of these threats. He also knew, no matter how powerful he was, that there would be a need for superheroes, since there are none in this dimension, but they were going to be completely under his control.
He set up his home in one of his most exclusive and opulent buildings in Manhattan, and decided he was going to set up his own Hellfire Club
As Mr Sinister, he had no carnal desires, being only interested in science. Otherwise, he had been manipulating many of the X-Men's DNAs since before they were born and could do so any time he wanted. But now, he had the lusts of Xavier, Shadow King and Cassandra Nova. His sexual desires were multiple times much more than the average teenager.
It was time for him to set up his own Inner Circle and members of his Hellfire Club.
